A gorgeous combination of blue Austrian crystals, white crystal pearls, tiny white and silver seed beads are expertly woven by hand to create this piece. These beauties dangle off of a pair of fancy sterling silver hooks like an ornament. "Reign" is based on a pattern by Isabella Lam that I beaded for a celebrity gifting to the amazing, multi-talented, global superstar, Priyanka Chopra (in a different colorway).
